Steady in the Storm

Verse:

“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

Devotional Passage:

Some seasons feel like standing in the middle of a storm — the wind howling, the ground shifting, the future unclear. In those moments, it’s easy to believe that everything depends on your strength alone. But storms don’t last forever, and you were never meant to hold the sky up by yourself.

Even when the world feels unsteady, God does not shake. His presence doesn’t leave when fear whispers. His hand doesn’t tremble when the ground trembles beneath us. Right here, in the quiet between heartbeats, He is near — steady, constant, and holding what you can’t.

🕊️ Reflection / Prayer:

Lord, when I feel small in the face of what I can’t control, remind me You are still here. Calm the noise around me. Teach me to breathe, to trust, to rest in Your steady hands. In the mighty name of Jesus. Amen. 🙏
