Rich, velvety, and bursting with flavor, this baked seafood dip is the kind of showstopper appetizer that makes guests linger by the table. A blend of crab, shrimp, and lobster folded into a creamy, cheesy base—it’s luxurious, comforting, and perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

¼ cup mayonnaise

1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (plus extra for topping)

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tsp Old Bay seasoning

½ tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp lemon juice

½ cup cooked small shrimp, chopped

½ cup lump crab meat

½ cup cooked lobster meat, chopped (optional)

2 tbsp finely chopped green onion

Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Preheat oven: Set to 375°F. Lightly grease a small baking dish.

Mix the base: In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, garlic, Old Bay, Worcestershire, lemon juice, and half of each cheese until smooth.

Add seafood: Fold in crab, shrimp, lobster (if using), and green onion. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Bake: Spread mixture into the baking dish. Sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top. Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly with golden edges.

Serve: Garnish with extra green onion or parsley. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices, buttery crackers, or pita chips.

Pro Tips

For a milder flavor, skip the lobster and just use crab and shrimp.

Add a pinch of cayenne or hot sauce for a subtle heat.

Try serving it in a hollowed bread bowl for a festive presentation.

It reheats beautifully. Just cover with foil and bake at 325°F until warmed through.

Elegant, creamy, and irresistibly coastal—this seafood dip turns any appetizer table into something truly special. ✨
