Buffalo Chicken Dip
Game day, movie night, or last-minute get-together—this creamy buffalo chicken dip always steals the spotlight. With tender bits of chicken, a touch of tangy ranch, and a bold kick of hot sauce all melted together under a blanket of cheese, it’s comfort food that disappears fast. Serve it straight from the oven with your favorite chips or crisp celery sticks, and watch it vanish before you can blink.
Ingredients
1 (12 oz) can chicken, rinsed, drained, and shredded
1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
½ cup blue cheese or ranch dressing (I use Kraft Ranch)
⅓ cup Louisiana hot sauce (or your favorite buffalo sauce)
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a medium mixing bowl, blend together the cream cheese, dressing, and hot sauce until smooth.
Add the shredded chicken and stir until fully coated.
Spread mixture evenly into a small baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
Remove from oven and sprinkle remaining shredded cheese on top.
Serve warm with crackers, tortilla chips, or celery sticks. (I like serving this with Tostitos Multi-Grain Scoops)
Pro Tips
Use rotisserie chicken instead of canned for extra flavor.
For an extra kick, increase the hot sauce to ½ cup
Swap cheddar for a cheddar–mozzarella blend if you like it extra gooey.
Make it ahead and refrigerate. Just bake an extra 5 minutes when ready to serve.
Add a sprinkle of green onions or crumbled blue cheese on top for garnish.
Bold, creamy, and irresistibly cheesy, this dip is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser every time. ✨
