Faith for the Unknown Road

Verse

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.” – Proverbs 3:5-6

Devotional Passage

Faith often feels easy when the road is clear — but true trust begins when the path disappears. It’s in the blind turns, the unexpected detours, and the moments we can’t make sense of that God invites us to walk by faith, not by sight.

Our understanding is limited; His wisdom is limitless. What looks like confusion to us is clarity to Him. Sometimes He allows uncertainty not to punish us, but to pull us closer — to teach us to listen, to lean, and to let go of control.

When we stop trying to figure everything out and start trusting Him to guide every step, peace finds its way back to our hearts.

🕊️ Reflection/Prayer

Lord, help me trust You when I cannot see what comes next. Remind me that surrender is not weakness, but worship. Straighten the paths that worry has made crooked, and steady my heart to follow wherever You lead. In Jesus’ name, Amen. 🙏
